Award winning musician Pete Lockett is one of the most versatile and prolific percussionists in the World. His percussive skills range from traditional Carnatic and Hindustani music of North and South India to traditional Japanese taiko drumming; from blues, funk and rock to classical, folk and ethnic. He has worked in virtually every field of music conceivable both live and in the studio with artists as varied as Bjork, Peter Gabriel, Robert Plant, Jeff Beck, Vikku Vinayakram, Lee Scratch Perry, Primal Scream, The Verve, Texas, Craig Armstrong, Afro Celt Sound System, Vanessa-Mae, David Arnold, Shlomo, Pet Shop Boys, Amy Winehouse, A R Rahman and hundreds more!

Pete does a mind blowing solo show which is informative, and groovy as well as virtuosic and mesmerising. He is also a keen collaborator and has collaborated with artists from many genres and backgrounds. Visuals are an option for solo shows as well.
